Inder came to know of Ayesha's existence after her birth but didn't have the courage to face Amrita again. Amrita became mentally unstable out of misery. He was unaware of the fact that Amrita was also pregnant with his child, Ayesha. Inder had later abandoned Amrita and gone back to Premlata for the sake of the newly born Prachi.
